Since most cell phone batteries are 3.7 volts. If your cell phone has a 3.7 volt battery and uses a usb plug, then you can use that cord to plug in to the charger with the installed battery to get your cell phone up and running. This charger is equipped with 2 spacers. When charging a shorter battery such as a 16340, it will require 2 spacers per battery being charged. I sell additional spacers should you need more.
